Very rude GP, arrogant and not caring. Completely lacks the 1st aspect of being a good GP having empathy. Have now joined a new GP, one that cares. My ex-GP just lost 3 patients I have moved the whole family. Please wake up and read your patients google reviews. The feeling are widespread and you are failing your patients. |

My mum is a patient at this GP surgery. She has always been looked after by the Doctor. Not every surgery is perfect and yes they all have their ups and downs and learning from weaknesses is what makes a difference and that is what the surgery has been doing. The surgery has improved their telephone service by introducing a queuing system rather than constantly being cut off and trying to get through to book an appointment. This was implemented not long after me mentioning this to the GP manager. Whenever I have had any concerns I was easily able to raise these with the manager and get these resolved. A few weeks ago my mother was away from Birmingham for a period of time and had forgotten some of her medication, the GP had offered to release an emergency prescription to the local pharmacy where my mother was staying. If you have concerns you shpuld always follow the procedures of the surgery to escalate concerns via the appropriate channels and without a doubt the GP will definately go above and beyond to resolve your query. My mum had been very poorly a few years ago and had to be admitted to hospital where she had been an inpatient for several weeks, at this distressing time i was able to liaise directly with the GP who stayed in touch constantly to offer advise and support. |

I Have always had a pleasant experience when visiting the surgery. The doctors are very professional and very empathetic. I find they always gather an insight into how treatment could be maximised to benefit myself by ensuring I am understanding treatments proposed and ensure a high level of concordance leading to better adherence and compliance.
The doctors have always gone out of their way to ensure I am happy and suffice with treatment.
Keep up the good work! |
