The General practitioners are Excellent very professional once accessed, But unfortunately one member of the reception staff is shockingly atrocious extremely rude and lacks basic manners. She belittles patients especially if English is not your first language absolutely no empathy. Extremely difficult to obtain any sort of appointments and appointments not available. Most patients are advised to seek help elsewhere at another walk in centre. It’s really sad for the local community especially if you don’t have transport to seek help elsewhere. Needs proper management. Enough is enough. | ||||||

This surgery is shocking! The receptionist is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. You wait weeks for a appointment and no longer heave the option of any new appointments being released daily due to surgery being closed. Covid has decreased sooo much since last year and we are over the hard times however surgery fees like we’re still in the peak of the pandemic. Just isn’t good enough! Paying your taxes to be spoken to like your a idiot and witness other people being spoken to rudely. | ||||||

I regularly go to this surgery to change my dressing by distrivt nurses, on two occasions. I have been refused the correct bandages and they have been dressed insufficiently due to her back pain, this surgery need to get more district nurses. The dressing I require is not taken in consideration instead I get an insuffiecent dressing which is inapproapiate for the wounds I have as there is a lot of weeping. I need compression badanges . Furthermore i have xame to the surgery they dont have any bandages to place instead piece meal | ||||||
