I have been with this practice for more than thirty five years and have consistently had good treatment, been met with respect, kindness and honesty by all staff. I have been able to get appointments at times which have suited me. When my child was young and I was in need of seeing a doctor, I was always able to be seen the same day. This morning I wanted to see a specific doctor, and arrived at 8.15 hoping I might be able to book a time to suit me in the next week. I was offered an appointment the same morning with the requested doctor. I am grateful that over many years I have had such a good NHS Practice. Thank you. | ||||||

I have been at this doctors surgery for the last 15 years, I have always been treated with respect and listened to. I have had lots of friends say they have difficulty getting appointments at there doctors and sometimes they h ave to wait 4weeks for an appointment, at riverbrook medical Centre I have neverI had to wait more than a couple oft days. The doctors and nursing staff are very professional and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this surgery and would like to thanks all the nursing staff doctors and all other professionals I have seen there for their care and support they have go en to myself and my children. | ||||||

GP was not keen to investigate, establish the history and understand the issue.
Skilled and experienced GPs who have patients' healthcare at their hearts, listen to the patient, establish and diagnose the issue properly and prescribe accordingly.
It was a disappointing experience unfortunately as I had to go to A&E the very next day. | ||||||
