Had an appointment booked for my sons immunisation a text was sent to me twice to remind me of the appointment. Less than 24hours before the appointment I get a phone call saying they are rearranging the appointment as the nurse won’t be in. How does this even work? You cancel patients appointments because nurse can’t make it? No back up? Than I’m passed from one receptionist to another. Than finally spoke to a woman called Bano who had no interest in what I had to say. When I first initially booked the appointment I did it on the basis of working around my son’s times/nursery along with mine. Reception staff are awfully rude,disrespectful no communication amongst each other. Dr Ahmed needs to sort out his reception team or he will begin to lose a lot of patients. The reception staff need basic manners and start to be more respectful.

This surgery has the worst receptionists ever... where did u even find these rude and arrogant receptionist no manners at all too much arrogance in them .... don't even ask about the waiting times the worst on the phone and to see the doctor ... please improve your service and find decent receptionist with manners instead of arrogant ones !!!!!!!!!
