I changed to this GP about 18 months ago after encountering growing problems obtaining appointments plus poor service and poor attitudes by overworked reception staff at my previous multi GP practice, At this GP practice I have had to wait for a routine appointment on one occasion only. The reception staff are busy but find time to be welcoming and helpful. I have attended surgery with both GPs and two locums and have found them to be helpful and prepared to listen to what I have to say. | ||||||

All Doctors are exceptional at this surgery.
I have always been able to get an appointment without having to wait. Viv on reception always has the time and is always polite and friendly. Would defiantly recommended to family and friends | ||||||

Very disappointed with the practice nurse at the GP. She’s a very rude and unhelpful person telling you to wait to book your appointment while she answers 5 phone calls and then tell you there’s nothing available . Either way you call or you go there specially in a morning to book appointment she will just send you back out without any explanations. | ||||||
