Hi, my mother and father are registered at this place. Thank you for looking after them . I really appreciate it. My parents have complicated medical needs and I’m at ease knowing they get the best care from this surgery. Thank you to the drs and nurses who see my parents and take time to phone them if needed. | ||||||

I recently attended for the contraception clinic. I called on the Monday and by Wednesday the nurse called me back for an appointment . The doctor and nurse made me feel so comfortable During the appointment despite me being really nervous. I really can’t fault the surgery. The receptionist was so discreet with the fact I attended for contraception she told me to take a seat and wait for my name to come up on the screen. And within 30 mins my name was called and I went in. Lovely big and clean surgery. Everyone is so friendly. I’m not a patient here but I am seriously considering moving surgeries as my own surgery is not as nice as this one! Thank you for all your help | ||||||

The surgery itself is a very large and new space with a number of rooms and various services. It also boasts a pharmacy inside a large reception desk and a large waiting area with a number of nhs staff rooms. Always clean and the staff are always polite and welcoming at the reception desk and make you feel welcome. There's one particular staff member who has always ensured me an appointment and made me feel welcome at all times. She is very attentive in her work, provides me with emergency appointments when I have called in worried sick - she literally goes out her way to help all patients. She is now a nurse and is as good if not better than other nurses with years of experience! Mom had a blood test from her today and said she has such a gentle hand and managed to get blood which is usually difficult without any pain! All the staff are very friendly and nice but this one member of staff does shine as she does go out of her way to help and is very good at explaining and going through things with you. She is also very popular in the arab community as I know from experience she does go the extra mile and even translate a lot of things for the arabic speaking patients. A receptionist interpreter and nurse. She has done interpreted before for my mother and I have seen her also interpret for other patients which I have seen a few times in the surgery. Truly an asset. The doctors are also always lovely their and when at other surgerys and hospitals I have experienced some doctors that are not very nice however this has never been the case here. Doctors are always attentive and ensure you get the right treatment. Overall a good new building with excellent staff and a good sized pharmacy with friendly pharmacists.
