I have been a patient for 23years at the surgery. The surgery has been getting better and their staff and doctors are amazing. My children have been well looked after. Everytime i need an emergency appointment for myself or my children i am always sorted with one. During my time registered at the surgery i have seen lots of improvements with how they try to create a good practice. I have seen many new staff and everyone is trying there best, however I could give a 10 star for a member of staff, the new HCA who works at the surgery. She is always very polite and works to the best of her ability to try and make us patients, myself very happy, solve our problems and always gives the right information required. Anytime I have a problem with appointments, cancellations, prescriptions, bloods etc The HCA will always try to solve my problems or find a soultution that will make me happy, understand and not have any disappointments with the surgery. Amazing staff and practice. Keep up with the good work! You are all doing amazing job! | ||||||

I had a phone call from reception to tell me I had a deficiency in b12. This is the first time I have heard about something like this so the receptionist explained it to me ever so nicely and booked an appointment for me with the nurse. When I saw her she was really lovely and told me about the injections and everything I needed to know because I was very worried. She is new, I don’t think I’ve seen her before . She is really smiley and nice . Thankyou surgery for your help and support. | ||||||
