Starting from the doctor last 2 years this surgery has gone downhill at a rapid pace,Dr's refusing home visits to patients who are virtually houebound, patients being kept waiting for half an hour past appointment while the gp sits in his empty surgery, doing who knows what, this place needs to be reported to the BMA for total lack of patient care, maybe if the gp's didn't run other surgeries at the same time they would have more time for the Hobmoor patients,an appalling way to run a surgery. |

AN AWFUL PRACTICE,HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS JUST TO GET A TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT,WHILE GP'S HIDE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS DOING A CALL CENTRE JOB ON DOCTOR'S WAGES,DEFYING THEIR BOSSES DEMANDS FOR THEM TO TO DO THE JOB THEY ARE PAID VERY WELL FOR,IT'S ABOUT TIME THE GOVERNMENT STOIPPED PAYING WAGES FOR THESE WORKSHY DOCTORS WHO IN ANY OTHER INDUSTRY WOULD BE SACKED FOR DISOBEYING ORDERS TO,IF THEY ARE THAT FRIGHTENED OF SEEING PATIENTS THEN THEY SHOULD RESIGN,TIME THE LILLY LIVERED PRIME MINISTER GREW A PAIR AND STARTED SACKING THEM. |

After reading all these reviews I thought I’d give my honest opinion on the surgery considering Dr Ahmad likes to say how things “really” are in the surgery. I will give away all the personal information I have as I will be taking this as far as I can take it... even the local mp if I have too. My name is Jonathan lamb. I have Graves’ disease however I have had kidney problems most of my life. When the surgery was under Dr whadwa it was terrible. Waiting weeks after weeks for appointments, being told your useless or a waste of time or your family always causes me problems? Well why are you a doctor? Anyway since the Druid group has took over the practice has got even worse... I got diagnosed with Graves after ages phoning up and trying to get a blood test I finally get one.... then I get Graves which is great I have to deal with a specialist not the doctors perfect! However I have kidney problems still and I had the receptionist tell me my results are fine. So I asked what happens next and nothing...? My Graves also affects my mental health not just my physical and Tuesday when I phoned up and asked for a doctors note because I am too ill to work I got told I have to have an appointment so they booked it for Saturday... well Saturday is here and no appointment (why am I not surprised it’s this surgery all over and over and over) like someone said monty python? I feel it’s more like Bottom, pointless sketches that the surgery fabricates... I don’t want a receptionist knowing everything me having to tell personal details too when I don’t have too. And then the doctors jot calling or doing their job is making this surgery an abomination. I am taking my complaint higher and I’m going to be changing doctors. I should have 20 years ago and I should do now I have Graves... the only reason why I found out I had Graves is because I did your job all you did was take the blood out of my body and send it off to pathology. I had to request it. I had to tell you every symptom and I’m the reason why I now know I have Graves otherwise just like all my hospital admissions. You’d have left me to have a thyroid virus and die. That’s the honesty about the doctors surgery. I will be phoning up Monday to get this sick note sorted out and I will be phoning citizens advice and cqc on Monday too even though you are no longer regulated under cqc... for some reason that is really weird. Look forward to speaking to you Monday girls even if you’re all rude. Jonathan lamb |
