I don't normally visit my GP surgery very often but recently have had a few on going issues which have required several appointments. I have found the doctors very thorough with a specific interest in involving me in any treatments and decisions to be made. Explanations that were given for all medical issues and possible treatments were easy to understand and I was made to feel very comfortable and in control of the situation. All hospital referral results were quickly followed up (although it has been more difficult recently to get an appointment but the receptionists always apologise and explain that it is due to a lack of GPs because of the summer holidays) and all in all this surgery is providing an excellent service. |

Lack of GP availability is shocking. Can never get appointments. When appointments are available, no progress is made. |
