I'm not sure they even know I'm registered with them. My supplier of various prescriptions needs confirmation from the surgery before being able to fill the prescription and deliver the items but it always takes weeks to get a response from the practice to allow them to get the necessary items to me me. I am unable to phone a lot of the time to find out why there is a delay so I just have to go without. Very poor. | ||||||
