today I saw a brilliant Doctor she was running late that didn’t bother me as when I walked in she made me feel very relaxed listened to me and seemed interested in me. She spent time with me and came up with a plan. I just want to say a big thank you to her.
Please can you keep her as I know you have had a lot of changes in the surgery with Doctors. |

I've always found this practice excellent - from reception staff to nurses and doctors. They all treat you with respect and polite and actually care. Receptionist are excellent and provide outstanding Customer service - I find they go out of their way to help you. Doctors and nurses are also excellent and all brilliant with children. Thank you for all your help!
The only thing I will say is the results like could do with some adapting. It took me over two weeks to get my blood results and working in a doctors I know they usually come back within 2-3 days. Other than that outstanding! Reply from Kingswinford Medical Practice Mon, 18 Jun 2018 10:39:16 +0100 Thank you for your lovely comments. We strive to provide an excellent service to our patients and are very grateful when we receive positive feedback, we will pass your comments onto our team at our next meeting. You may be aware that we recently carried out a survey in respect of the availability of our results line. As such, we are currently in the process of making improvements to the availability. We are also working hard to improve the turnaround of results. We hope to implement these changes during the next 3 months. |

As a working man i have been phoning for around 2 months to get a same day appointment as i never know when my day off will be. Today i managed to get an appointment with a nurse (even though i asked for a doctor). After being half an hour late she called me in to which i showed her my ongoing problem (for 2 years now) and she diagnosed it without even looking. I advised her that if she read my notes she would see that it wasn't what she suggested. She informed me that she had read my notes and that was why she was half an hour late and that she knows what it is and that i could not have an operation to remove it even though it is painful, affecting my work and sleep. She told me she could arrange for an ultrasound but no-one will remove it. She informed me very abruptly that i can have whatever i like removed if i choose to pay for it as that is not what the NHS is for. I went on to discuss another problem which relates to the first and she told me she could only discuss one thing or i need to make multiple appointments. At this point I told her to forget everything and walked out to reception to book an appointment with a doctor.Throughout the whole appointment she talked over me, wouldn't listen to me and was very abrupt and rude. Could you please inform me where i can make a formal complaint. |
