My experience with Summerhill surgery since moving to the area 4 years ago has been excellent. My family and myself have received second to none treatment from the GP’s that we have been treated by at the surgery. The reception staff have been helpful and polite when I’ve contacted the surgery, although there is 1 that can be quite abrupt but I just respond to her in the same manner. Apart from that, the rest are very nice. From what I’ve heard from other GP Practices in the area, I’m glad we chosen Summerhill surgery. | ||||||

I am writing on behalf of my 93 year old mother who has just recently moved to this practice. The service, efficiency and quality of care has been exemplary from all medical, clinical and administrative staff. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone at Summerhill surgery for their kindness and willingness to help. | ||||||

I feel compelled to write as I noticed that this surgery only had 3 stars.
How this is the case I really do not understand.
Never have I had a problem in getting an appointment.
This includes when I can only attend at restricted times.
The staff are always pleasant, keen and eager to help no matter what the issue.
Doctors always do their utmost to try to ensure that you get the correct diagnosis.
Maybe patients need to ask other people about their experiences at other surgeries, to see that this is a very good one.
I always praise this surgery to family and friends. | ||||||
