The staff is unprofessional and not very friendly. The practice and even the partnership DOES NOT care about their patients. It's all about money. They don't bother updating their addresses and contact details for literally years, they ignore complaints and requests. If your English is not perfect, they will simply ignore you because as they said 'what are you going to do about it?' with limited language skills. The practice has moved ages ago but have failed to update their online presence.

This is Patricia vaughan a patient of there's with Breathing conditions. Do not see a breathing nurse cause there is one there that called me in on the 6/10/22/ to do a breathing test on me. Too see if I was fit enough too go under sedation for key hole operation. She. Did Not. Do. A Breathing test what so ever. She got me to go in at 11am in the morning. Just too basically sit me on a chair. And tell me that doctors. At. Hospital can not. Diagnose me with breathing conditions and said I can go home now. So that was a complete waste of my time and also I am in the progress of getting that nurse done for Medical Negligence. Who else is she doing that too and why? I find it Rather disgusting of her. I am still no wiser too what my diagnosis is cause of her she did not get any Enhaler or breathing quiment out. So now my key hole operation is being delayed. Through her. And I have too walk round with several problems with my right knee. And keep having too put up with wearing a brace too support my knee

Trying to get appointment to get sick note for work by the time my husband got through no appointments left said call back tomorrow what can you do if there's nothing left when you call.My boss needs this as I can't go to work.Cannot go to another practise as all full.
