This GP practice is no longer fit for purpose. Very rude telephone staff. U need to discuss your personal issues with the receptionist for you be able to get an appointment. You make a complaint the manager is so rude. Says if you don't like it find another doctors. | ||||||

Called in this week with changes to a mole. Was offered an appointment the same day and on seeing the GP offered diagnosis and meds. The reception team were brilliant in identifying the need for my appointment and accommodating it - well done! | ||||||
