Reception deal very bad .More than 4month cannot get appointment ,when appoint ment day doctor not in,But the doctor present.Iam65years old send me massage make appointment ment,But when I call 8 Oclck reply all booked.If I request next week appointmentshe or He say same day call. Now difficult at this surgery Reception staff Robish rude behaviour | ||||||

Brilliant surgery. Can’t understand why there’s a single bad review, clearly these people have never registered at another doctors surgery and believe they’re entitled to a doctors appointment the second the step into the surgery. I sat in the surgery and saw these two little poor souls deal with the abuse and pressure of it all knowing full well that the moment they say ‘no’, they’re going to have to deal with attitude and a ‘can I speak to your manager’. I’m writing a review because I too have worked in a doctors surgery for 20+ years and I know the hard work it takes to deal with everything. Secondly, the doctor himself is the loveliest being and is always so attentive and listens to everything I’ve ever said. Unfortunately, this time I didn’t get an appointment with him but saw a pharmacist instead and he was an absolute angel too. | ||||||

Who on earth could give a positive review ? ,I dont know how the individuals who reviewed it came to that conclusion ,!!!!.This surgery is an utter car crash, reception staff are rude and you have to wait for then to eat their food on reception before they even look at you .I was going to film it but realise it was not appropriate .. | ||||||
