    Sai surgery rang me 13th August Friday on my mobile.To be fair they did ring me first but being hard of hearing did not answer it quick enough.I have been trying continously since Friday but after 20 mins of being stuck on the phone still cannot get through.Did you ring me about something important about my health as I am none the wiser.Dr Tariq is the Doctor I have seen for years at izons Rd..can't understand why I am having a call from Cordley Street..Vonnie Launchbury. .

    Thanks to yet another shocking experience with this surgery I am now filling in a form to join another surgery closer to home, shame they ever moved from hilltop and ,the then doctor retired, it's now a total shambles at cordley street, bye,glad I never have to suffer your shocking service ever again!

    They never answer phone calls from 8am to 9am . When they do answer phone calls after 9am . sorry all appointments have gone. Please try tomorrow. Same happens tomorrow ????
