My problem started before last Christmas and the end result was being referred to Solihull hospital, unfortunately after going through a pre op and being nervous about my procedure I was asked on the day to get dressed and go home as I was overweight and my sugar levels were high.
I left hospital feeling awful in fact I walked the four miles home to be alone
I contacted the staff at Richmond road clinic who had me in to see them ASAP and the doctor could not of been better, she was understanding and mad that after waiting so long I was turned away.
She promptly contacted the surgeon at Solihull hospital got the answers she needed to go forward and efficiently dealt with the whole thing again.
I was booked in to a day procedure ward on Saturday, back to work on Wednesday and two weeks later the stitches are gone and all is well
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff ?????????? And the doctors
Well done and ?? |

I have received excellent treatment from both Doctors and Nurses in this practice. In general, a very good surgery. |

I presented over a year ago, with a puzzling skin condition. The GP was attentive and thorough-seeing me on a weekly basis. I was later referred to a Consultant and underwent allergy testing at the Dermatology Unit at Solihull Hospital. This was a perplexing time for me-but the GP continued to reassure me-I was given the encouragement to stay focussed in the knowledge that I was in the right hands. Only recently have I noted improvements.
The GP and staff at Richmond Medical Centre have supported me all the way. The GP and Office Team always found an appointment-often on the same day-to both see and reassure me. I cannot thank them enough. |
