The one reseptionist is very rude Very argumentive tried to get my Repeat prescription to pharmacy 2u she told me I shouldn't be Ordering through them . which I Have done for a good few months. She shouldn't be doing the job . But the doctor's them selves are Very nice. | ||||||

Absolutely appalling. Didn’t have an appointment available despite more than one attempt , told me to go to the Walk-in centre at the hospital. The hospital doesn’t have a referral procedure and tell you to go and see your doctor. Sending people down to the walk-in when you know they can’t help is disgraceful. | ||||||
