This is the worst Gp surgery I. Have ever been with . There used to be a reception staff that I think left . You could never get an appointment with that woman. She was talking as of her voice had been recorded andirons was a cassette playing . Then you have Dr Ali . She talks over you as if she knows your problem more than yourself . She does not let you talk . She sees patient as a number and not as an individual. Would she like herself or her families being treated like what ! Dr Ali is Dismissive , rude . |

Outstanding Dr Ali Dear Majella, Your Team are great. Jo always goes above and beyond to help and Doctor Dr Ali is an outstanding Doctor. She really cares and supports her patients. She has time for people and is easy to talk to and I always know I’m in good hands with expert knowledge. I wanted to personally thank Dr Ali who has supported me through some tough times and is not only the best Doctor around with outstanding expert knowledge but also a really lovely lady who cares and supports her patients. disapointed. Collected my medication today from the chemist. The surgery prescribed me the wrong medication. I went straight to the surgery to explain there mistake. I informed Sarah the receptionist the mistake the surgery made and ask could this be rectified ASAP as I needed the medication. She told me I had to wait three more days. I did query this as I need the medication and the mistake was not my fault. She replied I still had to wait three days as this is the Dr rules. I asked could I speak to a manager. She told me to put it in writing. I thought this way would be the quickest way to correspond. I'm happy for you to contact me. Sarha will know who I am. |
