Appalling. You can't get to the surgery because of covid19 & the phone is constantly engaged. Did it not occur to anyone to arrange for extra telephone cover? Just how are we supposed to get access to medical care? I have had cause to complain about the administration of this practise before & it obviously hasn't got any better. | ||||||

Best doctors. Nurses and receptionists ever. Very understanding. Very polite. Got all the time in the world for patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done to all staff at Green Lane surgery. Thank you so much for your help and support and care for me and all my family | ||||||
