Excellent service. Have been feeling unwell for a few days and needed to speak to someone. Luckily, a member of staff called Lisa Ali was able to squeeze me between other appointments. On arrival, the waiting time was very short which I am pleased about. I was seen promptly. Lisa Ali offered a service that felt as if it was personal. She has a caring side which many nurses lack in my humble opinion. The reception staff were also very helpful and offered to book me a taxi after my appointment. | ||||||

All the clinicians and staff there are amazing. Yes it may take some time to get through, but its a GP Surgery for the whole of Darlaston and more, you're not the only patient calling in, so don't expect to get through straight away, that's very unreasonable. The doctors are good and the receptionists are outstanding. They go over and beyond to solve your queries and I reckon they do much more work to than the doctors. | ||||||

Doctors are disgusting and no help Put the phone down No solution to any problems Give medication just like that without reviewing the cause of problem I was having hair loss And I was prescribed scalp application and it fell out more now I have 1/4 of my head without hair. If you want a bigger medical problem than what you have now then this surgery is 4 u I spoke to my dr ali who goes your loosing hair deal with it and cuts me off Stay away Disgrace to doctors | ||||||
