The worse doctors I've ever known no communication no continuity of care rude incompetent reception staff and a complete lack of care and compassion appalling in every sense of the word BRING BACK DOCTOR SAHA !! |

I've been with with the practice since it was down the old place, sadly since this Modality took over its gone down hill. The reception staff are awful - rude, unprofessional and massively under trained. They don't know a lot of stuff, basic stuff that I've read on the Walsall Health care website! I've gone without medication for days because they don't understand that it only lasts 28 days not 30! I called to book a annual review but was told I couldn't as the Dr hasn't wrote it on my notes - I know this is not true as I have Patient Access and I can see the Dr has added my condition to my records. They just do not understand. I miss the old practice manager - she knew her stuff unlike this one who doesn't even want to talk to patients 1:1. I also miss the other secretary from the original practice - she was always courteous and professional, always asking how me and my wife are. If only we could turn back the clock ay. Absouloutly ridiculas surgery, what kind of doctors surgery don't offer pre book appointments when you need urgent doctors advice, just told to ring back at 8.30am to what is an impossible task of getting a same day appointment. This is most certainly in my mind putting patient health and welfare at risk as days pass trying to get just one appointment with a doctor. I would certainly not recommend this surgery to anyone until some major changes have taken place there,and I for one along with my family have had enough of trying for appointments and are changing GP's as soon as possible. |
