I was told on the 5th December 2022 there was no appointment s for my very poorly elderly brother ,was told to ring back 8 o’clock next morning ,I rang at 8 to be told to press 1 for call back as I was concerned I would not get call back 5 mins later I rang from my mobile phone leaving my house number free in case I got call back ,I was told I was 30 plus in que waiting time I waited over a hour to speak to someone to be told all appointments had gone ,And I never received my call back , I was told I would have to do the same the next day , I find this totally unacceptable ,When my brother is 75 yrs and had a massive heart attack previously and is suffering with bronchitis, I tried all avenues for a urgent appointment with no success I would like to make a official complaint on this matter,Lynn Stevenson | ||||||

Doctor has stopped my local pharmacy from dispensing my medication, have to go through the doctor. I can never get to speak to the doctor and the reception staff have no idea what they are doing and don’t help. I have mental health and have 2 lots of medication to take. I have had no medication for 3 weeks now. I also have brital asthma and can’t get any inhalers. | ||||||
