All I can say is bring back dr baggery. Place has gone to pot. Seriously thinking of changing surgeries!!!!

The worst doctors you will ever come across Dr bagary wont see you unless you pay for the privalage they don't work until 6:30 like stated they work until 1pm expect a monday where they work until 4pm some of the reception staff are awful the only good thing about this place is the nurses if you value yours and your family life I would avoid this place

Usually very happy with this surgery but I have been calling for a week now trying to get through, I have gone 7 days without my very important medication that I need and its not a medication you can just go without. It has left me stressed, very anxious and irritable. Staff don't appear to be picking up the phone at all this week, haven't been able to get through once. I have been caller number 10 then got to caller number one and the phone has been cut off. I was so desperate for my medication, I attended the surgery but the gates were locked. I had to access emergency services to get a limited amount of prescription for over the weekend. I tried to ring all day today from 9am this morning until 6 this evening but still unable to get through. I still don't have my prescription, which is for my mental health. I have taken this further and reported the surgery to the CQC. I understand the NHS services are very busy but patients need their phone calls answered and prescription administered. Medications can save lives for mentally unwell people
