This evening I emailed Kenmore Medical Centre for advice. Within the hour, I’d had a call back from Dr Steele & had picked up a prescription. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you Kenmore. I am super impressed! |

I was called in to have a blood pressure monitor fitted on 4th July. Since then I have been suffering from pneumonia. I was early for my appointment, the nurse was running late hence I was sitting in the waiting room for the best part of an hour. I don’t know who is responsible for setting the air conditioning. It was about the last of the really hot days and I was just wearing a t shirt and linen trousers. I literally sat and froze for nearly an hour. I moved round and I did complain. I wish that I had gone to sit in the car but I was worried that I would miss my call. I have spent 5 days in hospital and 5 days as an outpatient and am only just seeing signs of recovery. The next visit to the surgery my husband went to sit in the car as again the air con was set ridiculously low. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she started fiddling with it and obviously had no idea what she was doing. I told her to leave it. This whole episode has really set me back as I was trying to build up my health to prepare my for open heart surgery. |
