Waited all day for GP to ring me was told by the receptionist up to six . Rang at 6. To be told by another receptionist you should not have been told six it could be any time.staff training needed . | ||||||

Impossible to get appointment phone lines engaged all the time,on line consultation not good waited for two days for a response from gp,third day still no response.after numerous calls to reception. | ||||||
