Tried on and off for three days all I get is the engaged signal I have a problem with my tablets ,l can’t get to the surgery it’s so frustrating when you can’t get through to get help very disappointed with this service. |

This is the 3rd day i have rang to speak to a doctor they have had my results for a month now and been told to ring for a doctor telephone appointment tried again and am 33 on the waiting list this is not good enough terrible service |

Avoid this surgery like the plague!! lazy receptionists who sit around doing nothing letting phones ring off the hook, Lazy doctors who sit around doing nothing then moan when a script that should have been signed a day ago need to be signed. Prescriptions never ready on time even when they are electronically sent (they never apologise or take the blame even though its always them) They will tell you on the phone that ur script has been sent to the pharmacy so when u trail all the way there the chemist tells u there is no script so u need to go back another time. Worst doctors ever do not use them. AVOID. |
