Tried phoning for appointment numerous times:- the website phone number not recognised and the alternate number not being answered…a truly poor service as usual from breeze hill:- I couldnt make an appointment in the end. This is not the first time this has happened:- Doctors receptionists need to drastically get their act together or get out. Totally sick of this fiasco | ||||||

I have been with this doctors since I have been a child I am 47 years of age now it’s always been a really good doctors and the practice manager who is there now is a brilliant doctor.but over the past three years my experience with one of the women doctors in there has been really poor I actually think she goes out of her way to annoy you as best as she can, nothing is easy when it comes to her she is rude does not let you speak and most importantly never believes what you say but consultants from the hospital have always put her right thankfully.I presume she has maybe been there no longer than five years very difficult doctor and a poor doctor with a bad attitude I have also heard other people in the waiting room talking about this doctor saying the same thing.also one of the receptionist is very rude..people skills is really lacking from her it’s bad enough if you our unwell for a long period of time but to then have to put up with bad attitudes from the receptionist to the doctor you come out of there feeling worse. I would rather go on the internet and take my chances than see this woman I will be leaving this doctors very soon after 47 years. | ||||||

Sort your phones out i called all day from 8am and keeps ringing out or get user busy & it says you close at 7pm on google. Joke of a practice. Need to fix up. | ||||||
