My repeat prescription set up on the app not put through to chemist the last 2 months I phoned waited over 20 minutes somebody picked up and put the phone down wont bother trying again | ||||||

Econsult was replaced by patches, another online form. How they can be too busy for patches to ever work and allow you to use it is scandalous. How can they be too busy for the app to work? It effectively makes the practice impossible to contact. | ||||||

Very bad service, chances are winning a lottery are much better than getting an appointment here. No one picks up the phone between the 8:30 to 9:30. They are just awful, if I could avoid then I would at any cost. | ||||||
