Calls are never answered . Appointments are always full. Twice I was promised a ring back from the Doctor and never got any after ringing 67 times to get through. The front desk staff are the worst: they are unhelpful , rude and condescending all the time . Im worried because we are actually denied medical attention , every time we go to the walk-in or A&E , we are always referred back to the Gp. | ||||||

After years of being dissatisfied with our GPS surgery, covid was the last straw they were non existent. My husband and I moved to Grey Road in September, I had seen a couple of negative reviews, but the good ones out weighed them. I can honestly say our experience to date has been brilliant, despite the restrictions of covid. They have been pro active in contacting us to get health checks and blood tests. Yes understandably there is a bit of a wait trying to get through for an appointment, but just a bit of patience and we've always been successful. We have had better care from the staff here in the few months we've been with them, than in the seven years we were with our previous practise. The Clinicians we've seen so far have been so helpful and patient in explaining things, we both feel in good hands. Thank you all . | ||||||

I am not one to complain normally but I want others to know before they join. I have only just joined this practice after being with a medical centre who were actually very good. The only reason I had to leave there was because I moved house and was out of the area which is a shame tbh. Since joining I have had trouble both times I have to come to order my repeat medication. I have rang the surgery numerous times to query what is going on and got told it will be sorted today and it isn't. Last time I called I got told it would be put on the urgent list and I clearly wasn't as it was not dealt same day. I rang back and they said they would send an urgent screen message. I know from experience an urgent screen message freezes the system so you have to read it and urgent queries are always dealt with same day. I rang back and they told me the doctor hasn't looked at it yet, they don't normally look at them till 5. This worries me as what about more serious illnesses patients may have, surely there must be an on duty doctor who deals with urgent queries throughout the day. I really hope they improve as I don't want to have to make a complaint! As a new patient it may be that we dont have the information regarding your medication as yet?
