Been with this surgery for few years now and always get realy good service never on hold on phone staff are always friendly lovely personal touch always made to feel at ease and nothing is to much trouble well done poulter road | ||||||

attended this surgery for many years, very disappointed the past year/few months
when trying to book appointments as per doctors suggestion I never can because they don't know what doctor they will have from 1 week to the next
e.g attended the surgery on Thursday and needed to return for a follow up on Monday yet when I tried to do this I was told they didn't have a doctor yet and I would have to call them nearer the time?!! why cant they call me when they have a doctor?!, how do I know when to ring again? Friday? Monday? how nearer the time do they need!!!
terrible way of managing patients!!
also been advised they no longer offer smear testing's now, but I can go elsewhere!, thinking it might be best to find a surgery that 1) has regular doctors with continuity not locum after locum who asks why I'm there every time I go even though it is following up on the same problem they have asked me to return about, as well as a surgery that can do my cervical screening without me travelling the other side of the city! | ||||||
