Having been a part of Anfield Group Practice all of my life, I would never change. Especially since the move to Townsend Lane new surgery.
I hear lots of people have issues with their practice ie long waiting times for appointments, issues with doctors or nurses.
I feel very grateful to be at this practice, where every single member of staff is amazing, including reception staff.
I have family members who have moved from surrounding practices, who cannot believe the difference. Even Cohen’s chemist attached to the practice is brilliant.

At this moment in time I have been on hold for 24 minutes and this isn’t the first time I have called today. It is a disgrace to get through to reception and some of the staff have a horrid attitude. It’s really hard to get an appointment and this seriously needs looking into.
Thankfully once you pass this part the doctors are a good help.
Please look into better reception staff or more staff to man the line.
Currently on 26 minutes hold.

I am surprised by some of the negative comments. Speaking for myself I can honestly say I have always been treated with my respect and can’t fault the care I have received over the past 8 years that I have been with this practice, by doctors and nurses, even the reception staff, as they can sometimes get a bad name, but I couldn’t say a bad word about anyone within this practice. Thank you all. |
