The reception staff are awful, they have no care for the people they are dealing with, you can see the contempt when they deal with the public, they tell you anything to get rid of you and do not even try to help, Julie the practice nurse is superb and very professional and knowledgeable, Dr Simo is also very caring and helpful | ||||||

I have found that the Doctors in this surgery are professional & very thorough in all they do especially in the current adversity of GP Shortages. I find that they are exemplary in their care. I am an 84 year old women with several complex health conditions and I see my GP on a regular basis. I am extremely happy with her as she is very conscientious in all of our consultations. My GP has a VERY caring and compassionate nature. I feel very relaxed in her company and I am able to discuss anything with her. My GP is constantly updating her knowledge and ensuring that I am on the correct medication for my illnesses. I have recently had several bouts of non chronic illness and I have been able to consult with my GP within 48 hours of contacting the surgery & on several occasions I have been able to get an appointment on the day. My GP gives everything of herself to the practice, she always has a smile and is very calm and understanding. It is always a pleasure to talk to her even though it concerns my ill health. My GP is an amazing Doctor and you can tell he is very dedicated. He is experienced and great in consultations. However, there are too many patients per GP at this surgery and this is a problem when trying to get an appointment. The receptionists hang up on people when they can’t cope with the call traffic on a Monday morning and the wait for an appointment is 2 weeks forcing people to turn to alternative NHS services when urgent treatment is needed. | ||||||
