i have had an infection over 11 days and as patients cant book appts anymore ive left it hoping it would clear up. but it isnt any better so i know i need an anti-biotic [as i am diabetic] . on phoning i was told there are no appts phone back in the morning as the doctors can only ohone so many patients due to safety issues. i am sorry but this system is absolutely RIDICULOUS in my opinion. all they say is call back tomorrow or go to walk in center. | ||||||

Trying to get an appointment for my daughter for days ring at 8 finally get through half hour later and wait for a call back that comes at 9 and 10 when I Express I wont be able to answer phone till after lunch due to work. When I ring back its emergency only and try again tomorrow! I would live to know how working people are supposed to access the doctors | ||||||
