I’ve tried to leave a review on google but the stupid thing is playing up. I’ve been there since I was born almost 50 years ago. I’ve never had any complaints. I’ve found that all staff and doctors have been very helpful and have looked after me for almost 5 decades!! One person that elevated my trust in the surgery was Dr Taiwo. He’s an exceptional human being and the practice is lucky to have him. Yes, sometimes it can take a while to get through and don’t always get an appointment when “we” want it but I have no complaints and just wanted to leave some sort of feedback since the last time I was there I witnessed what the poor staff have to put up with. Today I rang for an appointment for my 19 month old son. The receptionist advised I could use care at the chemist (incorrect info) and the treatment was available for children over the age of one (again incorrect information).
This was all confirmed by the pharmacist, who I trust more than a receptionist. When I rang the practice again the same receptionist was rude and told me the pharmacist was wrong. I’m sorry, but he has more medical qualifications than you! She then told me to take my son to Litherland walk in centre. Again this was incorrect as they won’t see young children.
The practice need to review what reception staff are telling patients as they give out incorrect info and aren’t trained to offer medical advice. Poor service. |

I have been a patient at this practice since being a small child,im now 63. From day one ive been treated with kindness ,respect, and more important to me,they listen to you, which is often a complaint from friends in different practices.I have only respect and thanks to them all, because from reception staff,to nurses, and doctors, they in my opinion, have done more than enough for me,i can only tell you how good they are, because,im still here today, due to them! |
