I know its a busy practice but why on earth can't the phone lines be sorted . Its disgusting when you ring to constantly get an engaged tone ,then when it does ring it constantly cuts you off very frustrating . Spoke to receptionist Natalie who didn't have any customer service manners very rude no please or thank you she was disgusting so I hope if I ever have to ring again I never get to speak to her . Other receptionists are very nice this Natalie one spoke to me like I was an idiot rude rude person . |

I am, and have always been, extremely impressed with the Surgery and it's staff. Receptionists are cheerful, kind and efficient and The Doctor I see is extremely thorough and helpful along with being very personable and welcoming. To have so many services in house is brilliant (x-ray etc) and I can honestly say that every time I have visited the practice, I have been dealt with in a way that is just as I would wish. The Surgery is an excellent advert for the NHS. Please keep up the wonderful work, you're totally getting it right. Thank you. |

Sick and tired of excuses. Can’t make decisions without speaking to the practice manager who is never available and never returns calls used to be a good surgery absolutely rubbish now. |
