The surgery is fine, getting past the reception staff is a matter of luck, if you're fortunate you will get through to Russ who is absolutely the standard by which medical reception staff should be measured you will have no issues, the practice manager is really poorly trained, she takes issues personally and becomes aggressive, I really dread getting Ill in case I have to have any interaction with her, whilst I understand anyone can have a bad day, this lady should not be interacting with the general public in my opinion. | ||||||

We have re-registered a family member back with this practice today, we moved her only due to the location of another practice being in walking distance.
Thankfully our relative is still within this practice's boundary and was able to come back to the surgery, the care and compassion that you receive from this surgery and all members of staff cannot not be taken for granted.
We would like to thank The Corner Surgery, the Sister in particular but all their staff for always treating our relative with such kindness. | ||||||
