I giving Ash Tree Medical Center a 5 star review because I have Anxiety & Panic disorder, this mental illness makes everyday life difficult for me, but fortunately at Ash Tree I'm seeing a Doctor that is very understanding, supportive & will take the time to listen to any concerns or worries I may have no matter how silly they seem. Thanks to Ash Tree & my Doctors ongoing help & support I no longer feel I'm dealing with this illness alone. Thank you.

I feel extremely lucky not to have encountered too many pills in life until my Mother reached the grand age of 98 - but then all of a sudden the pills seemed like a minefield with such a lot of information to take in and such a great responsibility. I made two appointments - one with Mum's Doctor and had a thorough report and saw that my Mum was dealt with such compassion and patience (even though I had suspected she had been for years). However, a follow up appointment with the Pharmacist allowed me to ask questions I hadn't thought to ask previously. Each drug was given a very clear and lucid explanation as to what it did and what it was for. This was extremely beneficial to me and a revelation and this sets a Gold Standard for future Healthcare. Each time I have visited, I have been astounded by the level of care/compassion and concern, from everyone. I might also add that however busy the practice is, I have always felt like my Mum was a very important patient. How fantastic is this nowadays.

Cannot fault this Surgery. Receptionists always pleasant. So pleased both my husband and I are delighted we have moved to this surgery. Also the same report for Kings Norton Surgery. Doctors, all we both have seen are very very good. Cannot fault. Ann
