Booked an 8:30 appointment five days hence. Arrived 10 minutes early.Checked in wall monitor. Waited til 8:44, had to leave for another appointment. No explanation for delay from receptionist. Tried to book another online. Couldn't book...needed surgery approval first. Called in to surgery. Wouldn't complete online booking without ID, phone bill etc which I didn't have then.
