Not happy at all poor treatment reception staff very moody with me and speak down to me and just don't care at all Dr never approved my throud meds and my amitriptyline for my fibromyalgia for over a week its like the mess where not Important I didn't need them when I do they made me feel like I shouldn't call back yo chase it up I was so stressed which caused my condition to get worse the pain and I was in tears they where so horrible I had to tell 111 what had happened so they sorted me out with temporary mess as they knew how important they where and that I had none left so I was days without having it which made me ill so I am now changing Dr's never had this before but I can't have them putting me at risk again and causing undue stress and cannot put my children at risk if they need help and refuse or choose to dismiss as its not Important never had this back in the day when Dr gardiner run the show there and the staff where lovely now its a nightmare so thank-you for my terrible experience lesson learnt |

I had an excellent appointment this morning with a Dr, she was exactly what the model Gp should be - she thoroughly dealt with the matter, gave me plenty of time, consideration and advice. Very sincere, professional and reassuring. Thank you. |

I have been registered at Parkgate surgery since year 2000. I have always received the best attention and fast referrals over problems requiring tests and test results. The staff and reception have always been courteous and efficient. Particular note: Minor Ops as actioned by my doctor - in my case earlier this year the removal of a sebaceous cyst on the back of my neck. Excellent work - completely painless - healed beautifully and cannot see the join. My best regards to all and thanks for not sending me on a hospital appointment. I recommend this practice completely. D R. Reply from Parkgate Surgery Fri, 26 Jul 2019 12:40:38 +0100 Thank you very much for your review.
