Rang this morning asking for a gp apt, asked by a very abrupt receptionist what's up ? Explained that i had been unwell since 1st Dec, told to go to walk in centre as no apts available. What is the point in asking for the problem when there are no apps available, just seems a waste of time. I want to go to my own gp surgery when i am unwell, not rudely and abruptly told to go to the walk in centre. Had problems with this receptionist before ! Clearly GP and Manager don't care about how their patients are spoken too. Time to find a new surgery with pleasant receptionists. |

After being diagnosed with the very painful condition of Trigeminal Neuralgia in 2015 I was left with constant dull pain in the left side of my face. Although the physical pain was bad the effect on my mental health was wors. However I was lucky enough to be referred to the Elms Diagnostic Physiotherapist Laura Balah, hope that's your correct title Laura, who went above and beyond her role to ensure my level of pain was managed to such an extent that for the first time in a very long time I no longer suffer constant pain. Thank you Laura hope the Elms retained your services for a very long time to come. I can also sleep at night. Thank you so much. |
