Dismal, unprofessional and dismissive Surgery. Attitude issues filtering from the senior practice partner to the reception staff. Have subsequently left. The difference between my new surgery and Redlam is vast. Dealing with poorly patients with contempt and disdain is absolutely disgraceful. This surgery should be investigated and closed…or overhauled, from the top to the bottom. | ||||||
