This used to be a very good practice. No more. Receptionists triage inappropriately so you're told to go back to the GP. They don't appear to act on any correspondence from consultants. They don't try to resolve complaints. I'm looking into moving after over two decades as a patient. | ||||||

Great service. Phoned Monday am. Called back a few hours later and appointment booked with physio for Wednesday. After thorough examination physiotherapist gave me some exercises to strengthen my shoulder and re-assured me everything else looked OK. Shoulder feels stronger even after one day. | ||||||
