I have been with this doctors for around 20 years and never had a issues however following some durhert which was done by the NHS elsewhere I had to use my GP for some routine things connected to my surgery and further treatment. First of all I love the NHS and it’s staff up until this moment I have never had a bad word to say about them the surgery I received and care elsewhere was second to none. However the attitude and lack of empathy or care shown by ingol health centre has been a horror show in a time I should have been resting and recuperating they have been the most un caring place possible and made things as difficult as possibles and defeated responsibilities at every avenue. This surgery has been excelled for years but something clearly has changed. I would highly recommmend this surgery. All of the medical staff that I have ever dealt with have been extremely professional and compassionate. I have been a patient here for 25 years! I was recently initially seen by the practice nurse for a routine test. The nurse detected a possible concern and refered me to one of the practice GP's. I was seen within 48 hours and agin referred for further tests. I was given initial results via telephone within 24 hours, the GP telephoned me to discuss my test results. I was then referred to the hospital who took over my care and I was assessed and operated on within 4 weeks. The GP who initially identified the problem was fully aware of my case and had followed my progress whilst under hospital care. I am extremely grateful to the practice nurse and the GP for their swift action, care and compassion. To think that we recieve this top quality care at no cost to the patient is nothing short of amazing. | ||||||
