Most of the doctors at the surgery are very good but the reception staff have a poor attitude, are unprofessional and at times very rude. My daughter has severe epilepsy with constant hospital appointments and every time her medication is changed it takes a lot of effort to get it prescribed by the GP despite specialist letters that are available to the GP stating the medication change. In fact it is easier and faster to get in touch with the specialist doctors to get the medication prescribed. Some of the GPs are also unaware of what medications can be prescribed or not.
Surgery policy is that all complaints be made in writing but when I actually wrote a written complaint the surgery did not bother to reply other then confirmation that they received the complaint! And this was 6 months ago!! |

Although I know I am hard to deal with sometimes one of the receptionists when they answer to me makes it hard work. I do however find the doctors good at dealin with me and my endless amount of illnesses and are willin to help I can't fault the doctors I would recommend them and have done I do struggle to get appointments due to all the pre bookables bein yammed out within the hour of them bein available |

In a time when the NHS gets a lot of grief I cannot recommend this Surgery enough!
The reception staff are so lovely and friendly and go over and above to ensure you get information and appointments. They do a fantastic job in a stressful and demanding environment. The Doctors are thorough. It is brilliant!! |
