Whenever I have had any contact with the surgery the reception team always and without fail deal with my issues and queries in a conscientious and helpful way.They are highly professional and yet they combine that professionalism with an empathetic and caring approach as they deal with my concerns by regularly going the extra mile . It is an extremely busy city GP practice and yet I always get the impression that the patient really matters, that they genuinely care about the patients and the outcomes.Over the years I have experienced a wide cross-section of GP surgeries and reception teams and in my opinion the team at The Surgery stand out for all the above reasons..... They are a credit to the NHS! | ||||||

I am leaving for Egypt on Monday and not realising myself and 7 year old daughter needed vaccinations until today (two working days to departure), I called the practice needing help. Their nurse is off until Monday, but one particular lady went out of her way to problem solve and booked us in with a practice near by and ensured our paperwork was sorted. She went above and beyond her role and it made me proud to have an NHS. The other receptionist was also very helpful but I stupidly forgot to take her name. I feel so well cared for and my concerns were listened too. They treated me with the same urgency they would a family member. Thank you. | ||||||

I am never able to get an appointment at this surgery. You have to phone at 8am or at 1pm to get a morning or afternoon appointment. I am a teacher and my lunch break finishes before 1 so I can never phone to get an appointment. I try phoning at 12.50 when I’m off for half term and by the time I got through at 1.05 all the appointments were already gone! Appalling service and I will be leaving this surgery. Would not recommend to anyone! | ||||||
