By consultation through phone I've been told that it's just a virus. A Week later I decided to go and see private doctor and he've told me that it's sinusitis, otitis media and bacterial inflammation of the tonsils. I spend my holiday in bed taking antibiotics | ||||||

Everytime I call the same receptionist answers and is never understanding. Extremely rude on how she talks. Puts on a fake nice accent which sounds so forceful and fake. Never have I come across a receptionist at a surgery that is so rude and slow at everything she does. 1minute there are appointments and the next gone. Pritchard Street surgery seriously need to sort this issue out as it's driving me mad. Need to have training may be for reception staff and need more hours stay open and not just till 6.30 and also closes at 1pm on Wednesdays.

I have been using this GP for close to a year now and am happy with the service. The doctors are very helpful and nice. As are the reception staff. Dates are usually available when I want them and they have accommodated me on the same day a couple of times as an emergency. No complaints. | ||||||
