I have just true me to use the My GP app to book an appointment. I selected a time (the nearest out of work hours appt was in 10 days?!?!), I then got a message to say the appointment could not be booked. I tried again and the next one was in 17 days time!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! | ||||||

Since the installation of the automated answering system, one can never get through without an interminable wait, frequently 10-15 minutes sometimes upto 40-45 minutes, while some young ladies voice informs "you are number one in the queue". Whatever was wrong with the old system where you ring up and a human answers? Please fix the problem.
On a much more positive note the staff are always pleasant and helpful and the Doctors kind, caring, professional and efficient. | ||||||
