NURSE HELEN WAS THE MAIN CAUSE WHY I LEFT THAT SURJURY....HORRIBLE NURSE....I TOOK 2 CHILDREN DOWN TO HER ...THEY BOTH HAD VERY CHESTY COUGHS...AND HELEN MIS DIAGNOSED THEM BOTH...SHE DIDNT PRESCRIBE BOTH CHILDREN ANTI BIOTICS...THE CHILDREN BOTH GOT WORSE...IN THE END I TOOK BOTH CHILDREN TO A & E HOSPITAL...AND THE DOCTORS THERE GAVE THEM BOTH ANTI BIOTICS......MY NEW DOCTORS ARE THE BEST AT MILE LANE BURY. SOOO HAPPY I MOVED FROM HORRID HELEN !!!! | ||||||

I have been with this practice forever and have always found the Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff treat me with great courtesy. This has been my family's practice for more than 25 years starting with previous doctor's parents. I can honestly say that they have always involved me in decisions and taken my views into account. It is sometimes difficult to get through on th phone and I wish that they had an email address to communicate with but generally a very good practice. I struggle to reconcile my review with other worse reviews but maybe their expectations of the NHS are too high! | ||||||
