During my working life, I was covered by BUPA health, paid for by my company, and the service was acceptable to good. In my personal life, especially as I am now retired, Dr(s) AJ and Dr Jay been absolutely excellent in every capacity; contact advice, help, and above all, a personal touch; what more could you ask for. The reception staff and Medical support personal are also very friendly and patient, all in all an excellent practice. Thank you. | ||||||

This used to be a family practice, and you always got to see the same doctor, who knew you, knew your history, and the experience was always a positive one. This is definitely not the case since they became part of Tower Family Healthcare, you never get to see the same doctor twice, I am assuming that they use all the doctors from all four practices in rotation, this in my view is unacceptable, you need consistency with ongoing health issues. You can not get an appointment, they obviously do not want you ringing the surgery, which is very worrying, as a patient who is of the older generation I am extremely worried about health care in my advancing years. They do not offer a good medical service at all now, and I sincerely wish that TFH would fail and that we could go back to the family practice that cared for and about their patients. | ||||||

This practice has gone Down Hill very fast, IF you are able to get to talk to a Dr you never get the same one twice so they dont get to know you, Been with them since the 80's and it was a Family run practice, stayed with them for samr reason when the Medical centre was opened, infact the surgery said this to get you to stay. This is NO LONGER the case its all a shambles and Dr's dont give you service or confidence. Always thought AJAY and Wife R. good but no longer, dont think any of them care anymore. My family looking into changing now. | ||||||
